Teaching Employees About Mortgages (TEAM)

Dollar Bank can help you and your fellow employees to more fully understand the mortgage process and enable applicants to be prepared when the time comes to apply for a mortgage.

Applying for a mortgage without understanding the language and process can create confusion and stress. The TEAM program was created by Dollar Bank to thoroughly educate applicants about the mortgage process. Our goal is to make each applicant a possible homeowner, so we use a hands-on approach.

• Our professionals will guide applicants through the mortgage process from beginning to end.
• We can provide a confidential credit review and pre-qualification or pre-approval prior to finding a home.
• Included in the process is homebuyer education as well as a review of various mortgage products available based upon the applicant’s needs.
• There is no cost or obligation for entering the program.
